Whether you require a one time or periodic deep carpet cleaning services for your property, or carpet cleaning services and apartment carpet cleaning for apartment buildings across the Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Orange Park, and/or all Northeast Florida  area, our certified technicians are fully vetted, follow a strict code of floor cleaning rules, and are highly trained to provide you with the best-quality floor cleaning service possible.

Service price for non-business hours or Same Day Service: (Weekends and Same Day Service may carry higher rates)

Payment: We must have a Credit Card on file in order to make an appointment

Supplies: We Provide All Supplies (Unless Client Wants Specific Supplies)

Client Must: provide a comfortable working environment (A.C., Electric, Running Water, etc.)

Communication: All reminder communication (Emails, Texts, and Calls) is on a courtesy basis

Appointment: Client is 100% responsible for keeping the appointment (Not depend on our reminders)

Final Pricing: Tech will inform client of total price before he starts service

To avoid an unexpected bill: make sure you mention you only want to purchase a specific package 

High demanding days: Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends are almost always totally booked

Waiting list: If your preferred day is not available for scheduling, you’ll be put on a waiting list in the meantime until your preferred day becomes available (on a first come first served basis)  

Gratuity: It is customary to tip 15% of the total bill. $100=$15  $150=$22.50  $200=$30 $250=$37.50 $300=$45   (Note: soon, tip will be included in the total  bill)

Our Policies and Procedures: You are encouraged to read our policies and procedures section because you will be held responsible for those policies and procedures. Upon making an appointment a copy of our policies and procedures will be included in your scheduling email. We require that you e-sign and date the email and respond (if you decide not to provide your email or fail to e-sign the email, you are still held responsible for our policies and procedures).

Our Guarantee: You must be present during the entire time at the property when we perform the cleaning service to be eligible for the Guarantee. If you cannot be present at the time we perform the cleaning service, you will forgo the Guarantee.

This means we will re-clean any area within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment that you were not completely satisfied with. I. First and foremost, we are an accredited company. Being accredited means we meet strict standards and the hard qualifying criteria means a lot of other businesses get rejected. In Jacksonville & all Northeast Florida local web (especially websites such as Craigslist.com, Backpage.com, etc.) there are all kinds of scams, fake businesses, even companies that try to hijack competitor listings. There are also lots of businesses that try to set up fake listings in different cities just to try to deceive customers. (Lots more, those are just a few examples.)

So industry associations contribute in proving our legitimacy AND also that we have earned the accreditation by providing quality service and customer care for 18 years. The certifying organizations do all the legwork for you, they perform a thorough investigation before any business application gets approved. The strict criteria for becoming accredited may be the reason only a few cleaning service companies are accredited in Northeast Florida. Must I be at home during the carpet cleaning?

·         This is entirely up to you. Most clients prefer to be home to make sure everything goes according to plans. Others leave a key in a safe place. The only people who have access to your key are the managers. They will personally handle the key. If it’s all possible and to get the guarantee, we recommend to customers to be present for their appointment. 

What if I need to reschedule a  carpet cleaning service?

You can do it all online through an email. The email has a link to cancel and reschedule.

·         You have different options. We prefer that you book online and we will be offering a discount (in the near future) to encourage potential clients to use our online booking system. If you are a regular client, you can text us to book your appointments. You can also email us to setup your appointments. Or, simply call our office at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. A late cancellation fee $50 (for cancellations without a 3-business day notice) will be incurred.

At what time will the tech(s) be arriving at my home?

We always need a two-hour time window for arrival time.

·         Our normal work days are Monday-Sunday 7:00am – 7:00pm. While in most cases it is difficult to give a specific time, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs within the 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. range. We always need a two hour window for arrival time.

How long would it take to clean my carpet?

Three factors will determine the duration of your carpet cleaning:

1.      The square footage of the carpet  

2.      The condition of the carpet

3.      Number of add-on services you are requesting



1.  Square footage (Recommendations):                                                         

Up to 1500 square feet = 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes            

1500 to 2200 square feet = 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes

2200 to 3000 square feet = 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours

3000 to 3500 square feet = 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours

 3500 to 4000 square feet = 2 hours to 2 hour and 30 minutes

4000 to 5000 square feet = 2 hours to 2 hour and 30 minutes

5000+ square feet = 2 hours to 2 hour and 30 minutes

2. Conditions

Carpet conditions determine how long cleaning techs will take to clean the carpet. Our standards are significantly different than the average carpet cleaning service. We are the cleaning experts and we determine what would be the best solution to get the job done. Based on our evaluation, we will make our recommendations. 

Alternatively, you can inform the tech of your budget and the tech will tell what we could offer you. 

Client must provide a comfortable working environment (uncluttered with furniture and other items). 

3. Add-on Services will be extra.

Here are some carpet cleaning estimations (However, total price will be based on what the tech informs you right before he starts the service, not estimations):

Up to 1500 square feet = ($112.50 - $149.99) (More for Deep cleaning)

1500 to 2200 square feet = ($149.99 - $224.99) (More for Deep cleaning)

2200 to 3000 square feet = ($224.99 - $299.99) (More for Deep cleaning)

3000 to 3500 square feet = ($299.99 - $349.99) (More for Deep cleaning)

3500 to 4000 square feet = ($349.99 - $399.99) (More for Deep cleaning)

4000 to 5000 square feet = ($399.99 - $499.99) (More for Deep cleaning)

5000+ square feet = (Higher Than $499.99+) (More for Deep cleaning)

What if something is damaged during my  house cleaning ?

·         Our  techs  will treat your home as if it was their own. However, should damage or breakage occur during your house cleaning, we will take the steps necessary to have it replaced or repaired.

How do I pay for your  carpet cleaning service?

New clients need to provide a credit card.

·         Payment is due at the time of service. Clients will either leave a check made payable to Jessie’s House & Carpet Cleaning, cash, or pay by credit card. An extra fee will be charged for an insufficient funds check.

If using a credit card, and you want to pay yourself directly through PayPal on our website, make sure you contact us so that we can give you the grand total (Total+tax). 

Gratuity: Can I tip the service personnel? And how much?

Yes, you can tip the carpet cleaning techs directly, include it on the cash or check payment, or credit card payment. It is customary to tip 15% of the total bill. Based on our research, we will soon start including the 15% gratuity fee on the bill.

What should I do about my security/alarm system?

·         Some clients will provide Jessie’s  House & Carpet Cleaning  with the access code for their home; others will establish a guest or temporary code for us. However, in our experience it will be easiest to have your alarm system turned off for the day of your  carpet cleaning (if you can not be present).

Will you offer any refunds if we are unhappy with the cleaning?

·         No. Absolutely not. However, we will re-clean any area within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment that you were not completely satisfied with. We have a 24-hour guarantee. As long as the requests are reasonable. You have to be present during the entire cleaning process in order for us to honor the guarantee.

Do I need to move my furniture prior to the carpet cleaning appointment?

·         Yes, Jessie’s House & Carpet Cleaning will do some light moving. However, if you would like us to move a significant amount of furniture, there may be an extra charge.

We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments in price concerning environmental conditions. 

Are my valuables safe?

·         If you have any valuables or irreplaceable items, please store them in a secured area.

What should I do with my pets during the carpet cleaning service?

·         We ask that you provide us with adequate information about your pets. Although not a requirement, we prefer your pets to be restricted in areas that need carpet cleaning so that our techs can be more efficient.

Homes with pets may reflect slight higher prices in the carpet cleaning service. We make the decision as to any price adjustments necessary when dealing with pets.

If you own a pet, you are responsible for taking care of the pet, we will not clean after the pet. We will not pick up or clean pet waste. We will however refer you to a professional that handles that service.

Can you also do upholstery cleaning in the same appointment?

·         Normally, Jessie’s House & Carpet Cleaning  employees will integrate all your services in one package. 

What are your rates for your carpet cleaning services?

·         Rates are based on the square footage, condition, and necessary services. Please contact our local office for a free consultation and estimate!

Is it possible to hire a Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning cleaning tech directly?  

        When you (verbally, written, text, email, or any other way, etc.) request and agree to hire Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning, you are entering into a service agreement with Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning. You are agreeing not to hire a past or present Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning cleaning techs introduced to you by Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning for any home-related service. 

           If you decide you want to employ a Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning cleaning tech directly, our referral fee is $2,500.

This is not to get confused with our referral service. When you call us directly and want to hire one (or more)  maid(s) or tech(s), we can make arrangements and provide you the service. However, you must pay Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning and not have a direct contract (written, verbal, or any other method) with the cleaning tech. 

What if my carpet is significantly dirty? Would you still clean it?

We have seen it all and we would clean about 99% of the cases. Upon visual inspection, we will determine if its worth cleaning your carpet or replacement is the only option.

Super Cleaning Service & Outstanding Customer Service! I found Jessie’s House & Carpet on Google since I needed to replace my maid because she moved away to another state. I selected several BBB accredited companies and read their reviews. I liked Jessie’s because it is a local/small business and had positive reviews. After trying Jessie’s, I’m totally convinced that I don’t need to continue searching for a good cleaning service. They are very professional and organized, and even use sophisticated software to remind (text and email) me of my cleaning appointment and email me the invoice. I can setup the appointment, reschedule, and pay (Paypal) all from their website. The great thing about it is, I don’t even need to be home and they have put me on automatic billing for my weekly services. That was exactly what I was looking for, I told them I want to sign up and forget about it. I just want to come to a clean home every Thursday. I have used them for six month now. During the holidays, I was caught up by surprise and did not realize how close the holidays were. My family was coming to town and my entire home was a total mess, interior and exterior. It was Sunday morning but I had some hope someone would show up. I called several companies and even called people on Craigslist, to no avail. Where were all the great cleaning service companies when I had a last minute emergency? I was beginning to lose hope when finally, searching online, I found a company that would serve my last minute cleaning needs without hesitation. Jessie's House and Carpet Cleaning is the best service I've ever hired. Called them on a Sunday at 11 a.m. and they were at my doorstep in less than an hour! I was very impressed. They did a variety of services. House cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, exterior window cleaning, and pressure washing on a Sunday! And, since they did not get to finish cleaning all the areas that same day, they came back the next morning to complete the task. They provided quality of service and exceptional customer service even during non-business hours. It does not get better than that.
