RATES:

REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING RATES ARE: $37.50 PER HOUR PER CLEANING CONSULTANT. (WEEKEND $49.99 PER HOUR PER CLEANING CONSULTANT, WITH A 199.99 MINIMUM).

MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT HOUSE CLEANING RATES ARE: $49.99 PER HOUR PER CLEANING CONSULTANT.

CARPET CLEANING RATES ARE: BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE AND CARPET CONDITIONS. $99.99 MINIMUM.

PRESSURE WASHING RATES ARE: BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE AND CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS. $99 MINIMUM.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING RATES ARE: BASED ON THE FURNITURE, CONDITION, AND NUMBER OF ITEMS THAT NEED CLEANING (SECTIONAL SOFAS CLEANING COST MORE THAN REGULAR SOFAS CLEANING). $99 MINIMUM.

OTHER SERVICES (PAINTING, REMODELING, REPAIRS, HANDYMAN, MOVING/HAULING, MOLD REMEDIATION AND RESTORATION, WATER FLOOD DAMAGE RESTORATION, EMERGENCY SERVICE, CRIME SCENE CLEAN UP, AIR DUCT CLEANING, AIR CONDITIONING CLEANING, ETC.) CALL 1.877.CLEANING OR 904.716.0112 FOR DETAILS.

IMPORTANT: (If you decide to Pay Online) Although you will be using PayPal to make your online payment, you don't have to have a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card. All you have to do is enter your credit card or debit card information. 

Online Payment is Optional (for your convenience), Not Required to Book an Appointment:

ONLINE PRE-PAYMENT OPTION DURING BOOKING PROCESS: If you know how much you want to spend and you want to pay online during the appointment scheduling process, select a specific amount and you will have the OPTION (NOT REQUIRED)  to pay (with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account using PayPal) during the booking process. Keep in mind this is optional, you don't have to pay online to book an appointment if you prefer to pay onsite or over the phone. This is just for your convenience and your security, if you prefer not to give your credit/debit card information over the phone (or at all).

House cleaning rates are based on whether is a regular deep clean (initial cleaning) or a Move-out cleaning (priced higher), square footage, conditions of the home, and time required to clean the place. 

Carpet cleaning has a minimum of $99 service call. The rates are also based on square footage, services requested (basic carpet cleaning, pet urine treatment, citrus solution, etc).

Other services, select "other services" and write a description of the services requested and/or please call to schedule an appointment. Eventually we'll have the all the services included. 

Online booking is just a convenience for clients to quickly book their cleaning appointments (and also carpet cleaning). We make every attempt to provide your home cleaning at your requested time. Keep in mind that the appointment has to be confirmed before we commit to it. Also, the appointment duration is just a calculation for scheduling. The duration may vary based on home conditions and square footage. Don't misunderstand the duration as if you are paying per hours stated here. The job could take shorter or longer than we expect. The average job takes approximately 2 hours, so it would be safe to select the 2 hour appointment.
