Must I be at home during the house cleaning?
· This is entirely up to you. Most clients prefer to give us a key; others leave it in a safe place. The only people who have access to your key are the managers. They will personally give the key to the maid that will be cleaning your home that day. If it’s all possible and to get the guarantee, we recommend to customers to be present at least for the first time. However, if you are not present, you forego the guarantee.
What if I need to reschedule a house cleaning service?

· You have different options. We prefer that you book online and we will be offering a discount (in the near future) to encourage potential clients to use our online booking system. If you are a regular client, you can text us to book your appointments. You can also email us to setup your appointments. Or, simply call our office at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. A late cancellation fee $50 (for cancellations without a 3-business day notice) will be incurred.
At what time will the maids be arriving at my home?
We always need a two-hour time window for arrival time.
· Our normal work days are Monday-Sunday 7:00am – 7:00pm. While in most cases it is difficult to give a specific time, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs within the 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. range. We always need a two hour window for arrival time.

How many maids will be cleaning my home?
Three factors will determine how many maids will be assigned:
1. The square footage of the home
2. The condition of the home
3. The time of the appointment (The later in the afternoon, the more maids)
1. Square footage (Recommendations):
Up to 1500 square feet = 2-3 cleaning consultants
1500 to 2200 square feet = 2-4 cleaning consultants
2200 to 3000 square feet = 3-4 cleaning consultants
3000 to 3500 square feet = 3-4 cleaning consultants
3500 to 4000 square feet = 4-6 cleaning consultants
4000 to 5000 square feet = 4-6 cleaning consultants
5000+ square feet = 5 or more cleaning consultants
2. Conditions
Home conditions determine how long cleaning consultants will take to clean the property. Our standards are significantly different than the average customer. We are the cleaning experts and we determine how long the job may take. However, the final price will be based on ACTUAL number of cleaning consultants and ACTUAL number of hours worked, not pre-determined estimations.
Alternatively, you can purchase a specific number of labor hours and have the cleaning focused in particular areas (this is call a ;partial cleaning, $49.99 per hour per cleaning consultant).
Client must provide a comfortable working environment (A.C., Electric, Running Water, etc.). No A.C., no electric, no running water, no service from the Jessie's team.
3. Time of the appointment
If your property is of significant size (2000 square feet or higher), we may assign more cleaning consultants if the appointment is scheduled for late afternoon (3 pm or later). This late in the day, We want as many cleaning consultants to finish job in a reasonably time frame.
· Depending on the task at hand we will send a team of maids or an individual maid. We will accommodate any special requests you may have as well. Normally, on average, we send two or three cleaning consultants per job. However, the higher the number of maids the higher the price per hour:

What if something is damaged during my house cleaning ?
· Our maids will treat your home as if it was their own. However, should damage or breakage occur during your house cleaning, we will take the steps necessary to have it replaced or repaired.
How do you protect my keys?
· Your key will be secured in our office in a locked storage, which only our managers have access to. The key is issued to our certified maids on the day of cleaning, and are returned the end of the day. At which point the manager will return your key to its secured storage.
How do I pay for your house cleaning service?
New clients need to provide a credit card.
· Payment is due at the time of service. Clients will either leave a check made payable to Jessie’s House Cleaning, cash, or pay by credit card. An extra fee will be charged for an insufficient funds check.
If using a credit card, and you want to pay yourself directly through PayPal on our website, make sure you contact us so that we can give you the grand total or use our shopping page (Total+tax).
Gratuity: Can I tip the service personnel? And how much?
Yes, you can tip the cleaning consultants directly, include it on the cash or check payment, or credit card payment. It is customary to tip 15%, 18%, 20% of the total bill. Based on our research, we will soon start including the 15% gratuity fee on the bill.
What should I do about my security/alarm system?
· Some clients will provide Jessie’s House Cleaning with the access code for their home; others will establish a guest or temporary code for us. However, in our experience it will be easiest to have your alarm system turned off for the day of your house cleaning.
Will you offer any refunds if we are unhappy with the cleaning?
· No. Absolutely not. However, we will re-clean any area within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment that you were not completely satisfied with. We have a 24-hour guarantee. As long as the requests are reasonable. You have to be present during the entire cleaning process in order for us to honor the guarantee.
Do I need to provide house cleaning service equipment or supplies?
· No, Jessie’s House Cleaning will provide all the cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment. However, if you would like us to use your cleaning supplies and/or equipment we will happily oblige.
We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments in price concerning supplies and equipment.
Are my valuables safe?
· If you have any valuables or irreplaceable items, please store them in a secured area and instruct us not to touch them. A closed door, drawer or note will signify our maids not to touch or clean the area.
What should I do with my pets during the house cleaning service?
· We ask that you provide us with adequate information about your pets. Although not a requirement, we prefer your pets to be restricted in areas that need cleaning so that our maids can be more efficient.
Homes with pets may reflect slight higher prices in the cleaning service. We make the decision as to any price adjustments necessary when dealing with pets.
If you own a pet, you are responsible for taking care of the pet, we will not clean after the pet. We will not pick up or clean pet waste. However, we could refer you to a pet waste company.
Will your maids get on step ladders?
· Normally, Jessie’s House Cleaning employees will not get on ladders because of safety reasons. However, we have proper vacuum extensions and equipment that will reach high areas such as ceilings and ceiling fans. And, occasionally we may need to use a step ladder.
What are your rates for your house cleaning services?
· Rates are hourly $37.50 per hour per cleaning consultant. The duration and total bill will be based on the condition and size of your home (Go to the "Rates" tab). Please contact our local office for a free consultation and estimate!
Is it possible to hire a Jessie's House Cleaning cleaning consultant directly?
No. When you (verbally, written, text, email, or any other way, etc.) request and agree to hire Jessie's House Cleaning, you are entering into a service agreement with Jessie's House Cleaning. You are agreeing not to hire a past or present Jessie's House Cleaning cleaning consultant introduced to you by Jessie's House Cleaning for any home-related service.
If you decide you want to employ a Jessie's House Cleaning cleaning consultant directly, our referral fee is $2,500.
This is not to get confused with our referral service. When you call us directly and want to hire one (or more) maid(s), we can make arrangements and provide you the service. However, you must pay Jessie's House Cleaning and not have a direct contract (written, verbal, or any other method) with the cleaning consultant.
What if my home is significantly dirty? Would you still clean it?
We have seen it all and we would clean about 99% of the cases. Upon visual inspection, we will determine if we could clean your home. We reserve the right to reject any job without any explanation (we have exercised this right in more than one occasion).

Up to 1500 square feet = (2 cleaners for 1 hour 30 mins.$112.50+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
1500 to 2200 square feet = (2 cleaners for 2 hours $150+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
2200 to 3000 square feet = (3 cleaners for 2 hours $225+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
3000 to 3500 square feet = (3 cleaners for 2 hours 30 mins. $281.25+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
3500 to 4000 square feet = (4 cleaners for 2 hours $300+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
4000 to 5000 square feet = (5 cleaners for 2 hours $375+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
5000+ square feet = (5 cleaners for 3 hours $468.75+7% (Supplies & Equipment) ) (More for Deep cleaning)
What if something is damaged during my house cleaning ?
· Our maids will treat your home as if it was their own. However, should damage or breakage occur during your house cleaning, we will take the steps necessary to have it replaced or repaired.
How do you protect my keys?
· Your key will be secured in our office in a locked storage, which only our managers have access to. The key is issued to our certified maids on the day of cleaning, and are returned the end of the day. At which point the manager will return your key to its secured storage.
How do I pay for your house cleaning service?
New clients need to provide a credit card.
· Payment is due at the time of service. Clients will either leave a check made payable to Jessie’s House Cleaning, cash, or pay by credit card. An extra fee will be charged for an insufficient funds check.
If using a credit card, and you want to pay yourself directly through PayPal on our website, make sure you contact us so that we can give you the grand total or use our shopping page (Total+tax).
Gratuity: Can I tip the service personnel? And how much?
Yes, you can tip the cleaning consultants directly, include it on the cash or check payment, or credit card payment. It is customary to tip 15%, 18%, 20% of the total bill. Based on our research, we will soon start including the 15% gratuity fee on the bill.
What should I do about my security/alarm system?
· Some clients will provide Jessie’s House Cleaning with the access code for their home; others will establish a guest or temporary code for us. However, in our experience it will be easiest to have your alarm system turned off for the day of your house cleaning.
Will you offer any refunds if we are unhappy with the cleaning?
· No. Absolutely not. However, we will re-clean any area within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment that you were not completely satisfied with. We have a 24-hour guarantee. As long as the requests are reasonable. You have to be present during the entire cleaning process in order for us to honor the guarantee.
Do I need to provide house cleaning service equipment or supplies?
· No, Jessie’s House Cleaning will provide all the cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment. However, if you would like us to use your cleaning supplies and/or equipment we will happily oblige.
We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments in price concerning supplies and equipment.
Are my valuables safe?
· If you have any valuables or irreplaceable items, please store them in a secured area and instruct us not to touch them. A closed door, drawer or note will signify our maids not to touch or clean the area.
What should I do with my pets during the house cleaning service?
· We ask that you provide us with adequate information about your pets. Although not a requirement, we prefer your pets to be restricted in areas that need cleaning so that our maids can be more efficient.
Homes with pets may reflect slight higher prices in the cleaning service. We make the decision as to any price adjustments necessary when dealing with pets.
If you own a pet, you are responsible for taking care of the pet, we will not clean after the pet. We will not pick up or clean pet waste. However, we could refer you to a pet waste company.
Will your maids get on step ladders?
· Normally, Jessie’s House Cleaning employees will not get on ladders because of safety reasons. However, we have proper vacuum extensions and equipment that will reach high areas such as ceilings and ceiling fans. And, occasionally we may need to use a step ladder.
What are your rates for your house cleaning services?
· Rates are hourly $37.50 per hour per cleaning consultant. The duration and total bill will be based on the condition and size of your home (Go to the "Rates" tab). Please contact our local office for a free consultation and estimate!
Is it possible to hire a Jessie's House Cleaning cleaning consultant directly?
No. When you (verbally, written, text, email, or any other way, etc.) request and agree to hire Jessie's House Cleaning, you are entering into a service agreement with Jessie's House Cleaning. You are agreeing not to hire a past or present Jessie's House Cleaning cleaning consultant introduced to you by Jessie's House Cleaning for any home-related service.
If you decide you want to employ a Jessie's House Cleaning cleaning consultant directly, our referral fee is $2,500.
This is not to get confused with our referral service. When you call us directly and want to hire one (or more) maid(s), we can make arrangements and provide you the service. However, you must pay Jessie's House Cleaning and not have a direct contract (written, verbal, or any other method) with the cleaning consultant.
What if my home is significantly dirty? Would you still clean it?
We have seen it all and we would clean about 99% of the cases. Upon visual inspection, we will determine if we could clean your home. We reserve the right to reject any job without any explanation (we have exercised this right in more than one occasion).
